The YES you can't seem to give Him

A vision from the spring cohort
In Week 7 of the spring cohort โ at the very end of a long prayer over the spirit of Lack โ one of the students saw a picture.
"I saw this withered tree. Old and dead. And then as we kept praying, the tree began to blossom โ beautiful, beautiful pink blossom. Then the blossom turned gold. The kind of gold leaves you see on a stage when the buzzer is pressed. They started falling from heaven, and the tree grew bigger and bigger, and underneath the tree were people โ and the gold was falling on them."
That was a picture of what the Lord did last time we gathered and did this class. And I trust it is a picture of what God will do again soon.
He will not just free you. He will fill the space He frees โ with His glory, with His provision, with what He's been waiting to pour over you and over the people you have not yet been able to reach.
The withered tree is the part of you the Enemy has been hoping to keep dead. The gold falling on the people standing under the tree โ that is your Kingdom assignment, finally fed by what the Lord has always wanted to give you.
Why this course, why now
The Lord has been shifting His Church into a new era. You feel it. Many of you have been prepared, positioned, and poised for it โ and you also know that the way we did things in past seasons will not work in what He is bringing in next.
But here is the thing about new. The very nature of "new" is that we haven't experienced it before. We can't predict it. We can't prepare for it the way we'd like to.
We have to give up control. We have to trust Him on a deeper level.
And the layers in us that cannot trust Him on a deeper level โ those are the layers that have to go.
That is what these nine weeks are for.
Who is Connie?

What actually happens in the 9 weeks
This is not a Bible study. It is not a book club. It is not self-improvement with Christian language sprinkled on top.
It is a live, group, Holy-Spirit-led re-wiring of the layers underneath your conscious mind โ where the older agreements live.
Every week, I hold the same arc:
I open in prayer. I bring a portion of Scripture or a chapter of the book, and I let the Holy Spirit do with it what He wants to do that week. I leave room for you to share what He's been showing you โ and you never have to share anything private. Then I lead us into a guided ministry prayer โ slow, Spirit-led, and aimed at the layer underneath your conscious mind, where the older agreements live.
The ministry happens between you and the Holy Spirit. I lead us as a group โ and no one knows the lie you're breaking agreement with. No one knows what you are severing, or who you are choosing to forgive, unless you decide to share it.
Many people do share, once they feel safe with each other. But nothing more than that is ever asked of you. You can show up, do the work in your own heart, and never say a private word out loud.
Some weeks, the Holy Spirit will surface a lie you didn't know you'd been partnered with โ and you'll break agreement with it right there, quietly, between you and Him, while I lead.
Some weeks you'll sever something carried down your family line that was never yours to begin with.
Some weeks you'll look at someone you have not been able to forgive โ through what I call Jesus' glasses โ and find, to your own surprise, that you can.
And on the weeks the Holy Spirit gives me one, I'll send you home with what I call an active reach โ a picture you carry into the rest of your week. (You'll come to know what that is.)
What you will not leave with, by week nine, is the same ceiling you came in under.
You'll come out without smelling like smoke โ the way Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego came out of the fiery furnace โ and what was meant to take you down will be told as a story instead.
The 7 keys, and what they actually look like
The Lord downloaded these to me the night before the spring cohort began.
Each key is dealt with not in theory but in live, real-time deliverance and reset.
Forgiveness through Jesus' glasses โ so the next layer can finally go.
The layer you've worked on is real. There is another one underneath.
And the Enemy works through your logic too. We break agreement with what's coming from him so you can finally hear what's coming from Christ.
Generational curses get severed. The pattern was never yours to carry.
And yet you live like a stranger in His house. We walk you back into the treasury room you have a key to.
There is a layer of self the Lord has not asked of you yet. The freedom is on the other side of it.

Will I be put on the spot to share something private?
No. Never. The work happens between you and the Holy Spirit. I lead us as a group, and no one knows what lie you are breaking agreement with, what you are severing, or who you are choosing to forgive โ unless you choose to share it. Many people do share, once they feel safe. But nothing more than that is ever asked of you.
What if I miss a week?
Every call is recorded, and the replay is emailed to you the next day โ so you don't have to track anything down. And if you miss a week โ that's okay. Come back. Don't let missed weeks become the Enemy's trick to pull you out of the course entirely.
I'm not in vocational ministry. Is this for me?
Yes. The Kingdom calling on your life does not require a title. The work is the same.
What if I don't see results right away?
What I'll tell you is what the Lord has me tell every cohort: this is first and foremost a preparation for the spiritual realm, for what God is doing in this next season. If you don't see something in the natural right away, don't worry about it. And don't let Satan put that pressure on you.
Can men join?

Can I just read the book?
You can. But the book is not the course. The Holy Spirit shows up differently in a live room. The active reaches, generational severings, and rehearsed truth are things the page alone cannot give you.
